Our activities

We have a large variety of activities that take place at HBBC. Please have a look through below to see if anything suits you!! For further details on any of the groups or if you are interested in joining one, you can contact us at the office or talk to a member of the church leadership team at church.

CAMEO

We meet on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month from 2pm. Everyone is welcome. We’d love you to join us for an afternoon of activities, friendship and refreshments.

All Are Welcome!

We meet every Wednesday from 10.30am to 1pm. Come and join us for a drink, soup, toast, cake, a chat, or just a time of contemplation and reflection.

Footprints Toddler Group

We meet every Thursday from 9:30am. Take a break with your toddler or baby during term time. We meet in the main church, with lots of toys to play with, other grown ups to talk to and the obligatory tea and coffee!!

Bible Study

We meet every Thursday from 7:30pm. A relaxed and flexible fellowship and Bible study group. All are welcome

Reflections Coffee Shop

We meet every Friday from 10:30am to 12pm. Pop in for drinks, cakes and biscuits in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.

Art and Craft for All

We meet on the last Saturday of each month from 10am to 12pm. This is a light-hearted time of family-oriented, practical art and craft, with a Christian emphasis.

Messy Church

We meet on the first Saturday of each month from 4pm to 6pm. Come along to our regular family session, except during January and August. There will be lots of craft activities with some songs, a story and a two course meal together, so there's no need to prepare dinner when you get home!!

Children and Youth

We meet every Sunday as part of our church service. We are blessed to have a growing number of amazing young people here at HBBC.

We have group sessions on Sunday mornings for the children with a creche.. We love to see them grow and flourish in their faith in God, friendships with one another and use their amazing God-given gifts.

Roots Youth Club

We meet every Tuesday from 4pm to 5pm. Games, crafts, fun and music for 9 to 12 year olds!

House groups

House groups meet at various times and locations throughout the week. These are places where you can build up good relationships with a group, study the Bible, discuss issues from a Christian viewpoint and receive support.

LAB (Looking Ahead Beyond Bereavement)

We meet on the first Monday of each month from 2:00pm. LAB meets at Riverside Café, Chestfield and is open to all who in any way have suffered a bereavement. This includes not only the death of a partner or family member but divorce, redundancy, loss of home or any other loss which as affected the life of the person concerned.
